Graduate Symposium 2026: “Resilience for the 21st Century: Navigating Complexity Through Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary Collaboration”  

Aims & Objectives: 

The main purpose of this symposium is to provide an opportunity for graduate students in Guyana and the wider Caribbean to deliver scientific interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary papers and discuss current interrelated issues of vulnerability, resilience, and change. In addition, the symposium is intended to establish a platform for the dissemination of information for a better understanding of the issues emanating from the interaction between humans and their environment. 

Mode of Delivery of Presentations: 

Presentations at the symposium will be delivered both in-person and virtually. It is envisaged that presenters will have the opportunity to opt for either video or poster presentations.
